Cheerio!
This space will chronicle my ups and downs with trying to be a veggie by day. I recently read an article about a person who led, what he called, a semi-vegetarian lifestyle. I've decided to take up that challenge beginning on January 5th. I'll use this space to talk about the foods that I'm trying, my progress, and my ups and downs.

I've been trying this on and off for a while, too. It'll be interesting reading about how it works for you (and stealing lunch ideas! hehe). Realistically, with one person in the house who doesn't like much veg, and a not-too-big grocery budget, eating vegetarian all the time doesn't work for me, but mostly-veggie has been alright.
