I've decided to rebrand this blog: Healthy Every Day.
My goal is to live healthy each and every day. I'm going to leave the posts below that were made during my veggie by day experience. Doing veggie by day helped to kickstart my year and I'm glad I took up the challenge. I do, however, like meat too much in order to totally give it up.
I want to live a healthy lifestyle so that I can live a longer life. So, I'll use this space to chronicle my ups & downs, link to others who are struggling, and engage in the conversation.
