What I dislike is the awkwardness of fresh mango due to the large seed. <BR/><BR/>I'll have to see if I can find that Sunsweet brand around here. It was save me some time as there is only one Whole Foods Market in town. Never thought about drying it out myself. Anyhow, I think Sunsweet also makes bags of it (don't know if that's helpful- around here, that's an easy-to-find brand).
